Sales Manager

Duties:

- Manage Daily operations, and continue upward trend of sales in an established market

- Lead a team of individuals in sales

- Work with Regional Manager to identify new opportunities, and work to grow revenue

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in both inside and outside sales, preferably in the fastener industry.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in industrial wholesale distribution, preferably in the fastener industry.
  • High School Diploma
